Hello councillors and thank you kindly for reading my urgent letter. I am Arnold Jameson (AJ) with CV19News, and I am writing to all members of Calgary City Council with an especially important and time-sensitive communication in light of the Covid-19 discussions you are scheduled to have the week of June 21, 2021.
I am a born and raised Calgarian and I love my city very much. For more than half a century, I have seen the majority of the office towers that dominate our skyline, spring up, built on the back of the oil boom of the 1970’s. I have witnessed the population nearly quadruple in my lifetime, while towns like Midnapore got swallowed up by urban sprawl.
I have come to meet tens of thousands of people from all walks of life from all over the world throughout my working career. I have witnessed our strong, hearty, friendly, western Cowtown spirit host major events like the Olympics, the Grey Cup, the Stanley Cup, and the yearly Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth, the Calgary Stampede.
We have battled through floods, snowstorms, hail, droughts, and all kinds of other adversities. As with Calgary’s ancestors who settled the wild west frontier through unimaginable living conditions and conquered the dust bowl depression of the 1930’s sandwiched between the two world wars of the last century, we have proven to be both a brave and resilient bunch. At least that was the case… until 2020 when something dystopian occurred.
What I never though I would see in my hometown is the amazing entrepreneurial and brave spirit of Calgary having its collective hearts ripped out by the deliberate government-imposed destruction of businesses that are now crumbling, trying to survive due to a combination of successive oil price shocks, disastrous NDP governmental polices, self-entitled spend-thrift governments feeding from the public trough on double and triple 3-digit pensions and overpriced civic salaries, that has resulted in punishing property taxes, failed businesses, and now forced rolling business lockdowns and reduced capacities, all to fight an invisible enemy with a now-proven lower infection mortality rate than the seasonal flu. I ask, where has all the bravery and common sense gone with our leaders and citizens?
Perhaps most disgustingly, I certainly never thought I would witness the forced closure of churches anywhere in the world or at anytime and for any reason, while our unelected health services demons co-opt the police and the courts to fine and arrest innocent pastors for the “crime” of holding worship services and feeding the poor, all the while BLM and ANTIFA marches proceed unhindered by police while hiding behind the omnipresent blue face diaper that belongs in an operating theatre or on trick-or-treaters at Halloween, not on everyday citizen shoppers and frightened retail staff. We are currently enduring a form of domestic terrorism at that hands of our government despite that fact that we are told that we live in a free a democratic society. What a laugh!
Well, enough of my praise to city council for a job poorly done.
I am medical researcher, private investigative journalist, and the editor in chief of my own independent news channel. Over the last 15 months I have spent 4000 hours researching the untold truth, I have watched over 1500 videos from world-renowned medical and legal experts in all disciplines, and I have read hundreds of published articles and scientific research papers about face masks, social distancing, lockdowns, viruses, Covid19, the Great Reset, vaccines, biotechnology, genetics, virology, PCR testing, immunology, 5G, and even the law.

Since March 2020, I have been piecing together the abundant evidence that conclusively proves how a global medical and financial fraud of massive proportions is quickly being exposed by researchers, inside whistle-blowers, medical experts, and lawyers around the world. In fact, I successfully predicted this very “pandemic” event as far back as 2015 based on other research I was doing at that time. When it all started in early 2020, I was immediately on the case to research, expose, and describe the inner workings of this deception.
If you have been watching the news lately, even mainstream media is now revealing that Dr. Anthony Fauci of the NIAID, Bill Gates, and others have been involved in funding gain-of-function studies at the biosafety Level 4 lab at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China, where this whole debacle started in late 2019. Suffice it to say, this entire event was planned as far back as 20 years ago, ever since SARS-Cov1 which hit the world in 2003. I have the evidence that proves this truth.
As politicians and leaders of this city, I expect, no I demand, that you put aside what you think you know about this event that you have been collectively frightened into believing as true, and begin to delve into my collective research that I have been preparing for you since the very beginning.
I do appreciate and presume that you are all acting on the best information available and that you believe you are protecting public health be enacting draconian measures that were pre-scripted and dictated to you from unelected health officials. Scary stories of doom, dead bodies, and overwhelmed emergency wards from one or two doctors who represented to you at city hall certainly added to your level of fear. But when that information is carefully filtered and spoon-fed to you in soundbites and media packages, or through executive summaries and public health briefings, the assumption is that it must all be true. After all, you only have so many hours in the day to research this for yourselves, so you must listen to the “experts”, right?
But what if you have been negligently or purposely misled? Guess who gets to take the fall for the failures in judgement and destruction of our economy? YOU!
The fact is, as elected public officials, you have the legal, moral, and ethical responsibility to the people to properly investigate my claims and to consider any and ALL available evidence if you are to maintain our trust and respect, and not be held legally responsible. Failure to do so is tantamount to misfeasance and/or malfeasance of public office, and which will soon attract a notice of liability claim against each of you who chose to ignore the evidence that is now being offered.
The Law
But with all that said, my first topic for today is the Law. The following are some excerpts from a document titled ‘10 Basic Human Rights Standards for Law Enforcement Officials’ which was prepared by Amnesty International in association with police officials and experts from various countries around the world. These policing standards are based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, United Nations law enforcement, criminal justice, and human rights standards globally.
Background
It is of great importance that police officers, at all times, fulfil the duty imposed on them by law, by serving the community and protecting all persons against illegal acts, consistent with the high degree of responsibility required by their profession. They must promote and protect human dignity and maintain and uphold the human rights of all persons…
Everyone shares responsibility to uphold the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) in its entirety. Nevertheless, the declaration contains a number of articles which are particularly relevant for law enforcement work:
• (Article 3, UDHR) Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person. (forced medical interventions such as masks, sanitizers, social distancing, and quarantines all violate Article 3)
• (Article 5, UDHR) No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment (likewise)
• (Article 9, UDHR) No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest and detention. (arresting someone for violating a health act for edicts against gathering, not wearing a mask, attending a church service, and not distancing, are a gross violation of human rights (By the way, Acts are not law, but rather they act with color of law only)).
• (Article 19, UDHR) Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression. (This includes freedom of the press to report the news unhindered by police and bylaw personnel. We are all citizen reporters by the mere fact we have a recording device in our pockets, and we state that we are the independent media. Police interference with the media is a serious human rights violation.)
• (Article 20, UDHR) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association… (Limitations on gatherings by some health act or public official's edict are again violations of international law and the UDHR.)
The term “law enforcement officials” includes all officers of the law, whether appointed or elected, who exercise police powers, especially the powers of arrest and detention. This should be given the widest possible interpretation and includes military and other security personnel as well as immigration officials where they exercise such powers.
No law enforcement official may inflict, instigate, or tolerate any act of torture or other cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment or punishment, nor may they invoke superior orders or exceptional circumstances such as a state of war or threat of war, or political instability or other public emergency as a justification for such acts.
All police officers and all other law enforcement personnel should be aware of their right and duty to disobey orders, the implementation of which might result in serious human rights violations. Since those violations are unlawful, police officers and others must not participate in them. The need to disobey an unlawful order should be seen as a duty, taking precedence over the normal duty to obey orders. The duty to disobey an unlawful order entails the right to disobey it.
The world learned from the mistakes of Nazi Germany and these laws are in place to honor that commitment to not let history repeat itself.
The Canada Act and the Charter of Rights & Freedoms
Section 52. (1) The Constitution of Canada is the supreme law of Canada, and any law that is inconsistent with the provisions of the Constitution is, to the extent of the inconsistency, of no force or effect, which means that any law that conflicts with the Canada Act dissolves upon challenge as if it never existed!
32. (1) This Charter applies
(a) to the Parliament and government of Canada in respect of all matters within the authority of Parliament including all matters relating to the Yukon Territory and Northwest Territories; and
(b) to the legislature and government of each province in respect of all matters within the authority of the legislature of each province.
Acts, Codes, Statutes, and Regulations don’t apply to private entities. See the case law of Big M Drug Mart vs. Regina (1985) and Regina vs. Dell (2005).
In the Big M case it was determined by the Supreme Court of Canada that the Lord’s Day Act, which had disallowed Sunday shopping except for certain critical businesses like pharmacies selling medically essential items while preventing the sale of non-medical items on a Sunday, did not apply against a private entity by virtue of section 52(1) and 32(1) of the Canada Act and the Charter of Rights & Freedoms.
In the Dell case decision in part 6] the ruling stated that
… s. 32 of the Charter limits its application to Parliament, legislatures, and provincial and federal governments… When the Charter was first introduced there was some debate about its application. Since that time, the law has been settled that, as a general rule, the Charter only applies to government actions, not to interactions between private citizens or institutions…
So, what are our essential freedoms anyway?
GUARANTEE OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS
1. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it subject only to such reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society.
FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS
2. Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms:
(a) freedom of conscience and religion (NOT wearing a mask, social distancing, isolation, or vaccines);
(b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication (e.g. social media posts, websites, rally speeches, mail drops, signs, handouts, etc.);
(c) freedom of peaceful assembly (attending rallies, protests, gatherings, worship services, etc. There is no such thing as an illegal gathering!) and
(d) freedom of association.
Search or seizure
8. Everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search or seizure (you do not need to provide identification while walking on the street, attending a gathering, or anywhere else unless being accused of a criminal code offence, in which case your name and address is all that is required if placed under arrest);
Detention or imprisonment
9. Everyone has the right not to be arbitrarily detained or imprisoned (you cannot lawfully be arrested for walking on the street at night, attending a public gathering or church service or protest, shopping in a public store without a mask, or for anything else unless being accused of a criminal code offence, in which case you must be immediately informed of the reason for your detention or arrest, and the exact charge being applied);
These Covid violation tickets fundamentally violate ALL of these clauses and are, therefore, Unconstitutional and of NO FORCE OR EFFECT!
This is why all these charges being contested are being withdrawn.
An agency can commit fraud, deceit, coercion, willful intent to injure another, malicious acts, RICO activity and conspiracy by what is called an:
Unconscionable “contract” - “One which no sensible man not under delusion, or duress, or in distress would make, and such as no honest and fair man would accept.”; Franklin Fire Ins. Co. v. Noll, 115 Ind. App. 289, 58 N.E.2d 947, 949, 950. and;
"A Party cannot be bound by contract that he has not made or authorized." Alexander v. Bosworth (1915), 26 C.A. 589, 599, 147 P.607.
Thus, a health order from Deena Hinshaw or a violation ticket of any kind, unless there is offer and acceptance in contract law, is of no force or effect if it is unconstitutional.
It is up to us all to know our rights, exercise them, and defend them or we will lose the rights our ancestors fought and died for in two world wars!
Law enforcement officials must honor their oath of office and they are BOUND by law to refuse to enforce unjust, unconstitutional, and unlawful orders from their superiors.
The Nuremberg Code of 1947 was written after WW2 to ensure that such state tyranny and the excuse, “I was just following orders”, can never be allowed to happen again.
This entire Covid19 fraud is designed to intimidate politicians and law enforcement officials into violating the law against we the people. In the end, violators WILL be held to account at Nuremberg 2.0 for violations they commit now, and quite possibly, for crimes against humanity.
In fact, right now, Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, one of the top corporate crime lawyers in the world, who is famous for taking down Deutsch Bank and Volkswagen in the last 10 years, has formed a team of over 1000 lawyers, 10,000+ medical professionals, and hundreds of expert witnesses who have already been deposed over the last year, and are now preparing massive lawsuits around the world that will be filed in the next 2-3 weeks.
They are going after thousands of actors including Dr. Fauci, Bill Gates, the Davos Group, the NIH, the CDC, the WHO, the world’s top political leaders, health officials, ministers, and even local police and bylaw officials for perpetrating these coercive crimes against humanity. In Nuremberg, it was revealed that doctors who conducted medical experimentation on prisoners were especially culpable and the excuse, “I was just following orders”, got them jailed and some were even executed for their crimes.
I remind you that we all need to live in this world when this Covid hoax is over with, and law enforcers may not like what they leave behind for their children if they don’t just say no, defy unlawful orders, and join the people in defending the constitution of this great county.
And this goes for politicians at all levels of government as well. You job is NOT to induce fear in the citizens but to provide calm, rational, and short-term measured responses to REAL threats while minimizing any violations to human rights beyond what is absolutely necessary. And a virus with a provable 99.95% worldwide survivability rate is NOT a good enough reason. Take off your face diapers, allow the public to exercise their own freedom of choice by cancelling all mitigation measures, and remember, once you lose the respect and support of the people, you will never get it back.

Face masks are completely ineffective at stopping the transmission of viruses and nano particles due to the physical size differential between the particles and the pore size in the typical mask. They will not and cannot stop transmission.
Worse still, as that video shows, wearing masks indoors actually aerosolizes the water vapor in a person’s breath into smaller nanoparticle size droplets which remain suspended in the air for many hours and eventually disperse throughout the room at face level, rather than dropping out of suspension like they would during normal unmasked exhalation. World-renowned physicist and expert witness Dr. Denis Rancourt, the leading fluid dynamics expert in Ottawa, has written numerous articles on this issue.
If you are worried about indoor shopping or workplace transmission, the best solution is to unmask everyone, raise the temperature and humidity, and use downward forced air to push the droplets to the ground, out of harm’s way, where they can’t be rebreathed. Masking is PROLONGING the lockdowns, not shortening them!
Face masks are exceedingly dangerous to the long-term wearer (outside of a controlled, high O2 flow surgical room) who has not been first assessed by an occupational health and safety expert.

Masks decrease oxygen below safety levels of 19.5%.
Within just 20 seconds of wearing a mask, masks increase CO2 levels (20,000+ ppm) far above established workplace safety standard levels of 5,000 ppm. All employees forced to mask and who get injured will have a personal injury claim against the city at some point!
Elevated CO2 levels can lead to acellular necrosis, hardening of the arteries, myocarditis, permanent brain cell damage, and other serious medical conditions.
Masks breed billions of harmful bacteria on the inside surface of the mask which are then re-breathed deep into the lungs which can and does lead to bacterial lung infections, facial acne, and periodontal disease in the teeth and gums (the proven cause of death during the 1918 Spanish Flu was actually bacterial pneumonia caused by wearing masks, and not from a respiratory virus).
To be effective, masks are required to be changed every 2 hours and never adjusted or handled by the wearer; otherwise, hands get contaminated and supposedly spread bacterial particles. This is not happening anywhere other than in surgical rooms.
Masks induce fear, anxiety, distrust, panic, and cause long-term psychological problems in many people, especially children. Who is liable for this?
Masks are a safety issue for drivers and workers engaged in hazardous job tasks. This is a grave insurance liability risk.
Studies prove that of those who tested positive for Covid19, 2.9% reported that they NEVER wore a mask in the 14 days prior, whereas 85% said they always or almost always wore a mask in that same pre-test time frame. The evidence is clear; wearing a mask increases your risk of a positive Covid test by 33 times!
Masks on children pose a tremendous child abduction risk since they are easier for predators to hide kids in public who could otherwise signal for help with their facial expressions and screams.
Masks are horribly polluting to the environment. $169 billion worth of masks have been disposed of so far since the start of 2020. Rivers and oceans are now contaminated by masks!
Masks are supposed to be disposed of in biohazard waste bins. Why are all these safety protocols and bins not placed in stores, restaurants, and workplaces if this is a genuine deadly disease and masks are supposedly catching all the aerosols of a virus?

RT-PCR tests don’t actually test for a virus. They test for a surrogate marker that is only assumed to be present if a SARS-Cov2 virus was present at some time in the past.
PCR tests are not fit for purpose. The inventor of the test, Kary Mullis, the Nobel Prize winner in chemistry in 1993, specifically said that PCR is a manufacturing technique that makes billions of copies of the same particle. He said it DOES NOT and CANNOT detect a viral infection, viral load, or even a virus. Yet this test, which is not FDA-approved, is being given emergency use authorization only for that very reason; it cannot detect or prove infection.
RT-PCR tests provide 97% false positives above a 36-cycle threshold amplification, and we are using 40-45 cycles in the labs to try to prove an infection. I have insider whistleblowers reporting to me on these facts and much more! Thus, all of the cases you have been scared into believing truly exist, which you have used to justify all the mitigation measures that are destroying the economy, are 100% false at those CT levels!!
Lockdowns are completely ineffective at stopping any supposed viral spread. Numerous studies have already debunked this theory and several examples of non-lockdown states and countries are current examples to prove this fact.

I have been tracking these statistics from the very beginning which is freely available to see on my website. What you may not know is that the worldwide rate of mortality for Covid19 is 0.05% or 5 in 10,000. Inverting that statistic suggests a 99.95% worldwide survival rate which means it is on par with the odds of dying from choking on a piece of food. The same as the seasonal flu! And we have shut down and destroyed the global economy over this? Here is my chart to illustrate the point.
I have plenty of more research I could share but this should be enough for you to digest and consider in time for your discussion next week.
I beg you to end ALL LOCKDOWN MEASURES FORTHWITH. They are not beneficial at all and are, in fact, extremely dangerous and economically damaging to the city, not to mention completely unlawful for you to impose on constitutional and human rights grounds.
You are exposing the taxpayers to millions of dollars in potential future litigation costs as these truths come to light, and you are collectively sued by damaged business, employees, and citizens for these draconian measures imposed as bylaws against an awakening public.
The best way to end this PLANdemic once and for all is to stop dancing to the drum beat of Klaus Schwab, Bill Gates, and their globalist Great Reset agenda that even Jason Kenny said he does not accept.
It is time to admit your mistakes, learn from the past, eat some humble pie, and let life go back to normal in Calgary, and never again allow such a deception to overtake this city council chamber that will only end in the destruction of the economy and further tramping of our inalienable rights and freedoms as protected by the constitution.

MP Derek Sloan Raises Concerns Over Censorship of Doctors and Scientists
Independent MP Derek Sloan holds a news conference on Parliament Hill to raise concerns about the censorship of doctors and scientists as well as medical information related to vaccines.
The Ontario MP has been highly critical of lockdowns that have been in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and also sponsored a petition questioning the safety of COVID-19 vaccines. He is joined by a trio of doctors and scientists.
On Monday, June 21, city council voted 8-7 (Nenshi was the deciding vote, of course) against ending the mask bylaw, but instead decided it would review it again on July 5 with the aim to set a repeal date either for that day or for some future date.
Without receiving even ONE response to my above letter, on June 22 I sent this follow up webform letter to all councillors and emailed it to the mayor.
Your June 21 Covid19 Mask Bylaw Non-Decision Decision
I am extremely disappointed in city council for once again avoiding the science and my very clear letter of June 18, choosing instead to rely solely on one family doctor's advice in Calgary who is not an expert in anything and seems to be driving health policy for this city through scare tactics not well-grounded in science.
I suspect this is happening because you folks collectively are not hearing the REAL science about masks which I have provided in my previous letter. Perhaps all of you did not have the time to review it before yesterday's meeting, but I suspect some of you did since 7 of you correctly voted to remove the masks mandates proposed by my brave future mayor Councillor Farkas.
I would ask that you each take a grand total of 9 minutes to watch two short demonstration videos from two doctors in distinct fields of expertise that demonstrate the fluid dynamics physics-based issues with masks, without regard to the outright dangers of masks wearing by the general public.
Hopefully before July 1 you will each have time to review this material and collectively decide to do the right thing and eliminate this fear-inducing, life-threatening, liability-filled masking bylaw once and for all that is dividing this city into segregated citizens, those who hysterically believe in face diapers and those who know they are useless, pointless, unhealthy, ineffective, dangerous, and utterly ridiculous in trying to stop transmission of anything. They are in fact accentuating the problem through aerosolization of droplets into nanoparticles that remain aloft for hours rather than quickly falling to the ground in enclosed spaces as droplets would normally do without the imposed wearing of a mask.
IF your goal is to shorten the pandemic rather than lengthen it, then you MUST remove these masks permanently and let frightened people rebuild their immune systems BEFORE the fall flu season, or you will have a disaster on your hands and never-ending masking bylaws that cannot work to contain a virus, but which perpetually weaken everyone's immune system through hypercapnia and hypoxia.
